A new extension on this house in Newport provided the opportunity to remodel the long garden. An existing large weeping tree provided the focal point and the design used the natural existing layers to create a two tiered garden.
A curved edge patio allows formal and cafe style dining with different views down the garden. Feature steps lead to the upper terrace or to the long lawn.
The terrace is made up of planted borders flanking a gently curving path. This path leads you through a fragrant planted pergola with a secluded seating area and continues to a natural water feature designed for wildlife.
